Welcome to The Lab Studio, where space and creativity intersect. Spanning 8m x 6.5m, our large photographic cyclorama is an ideal setting for an array of projects – from fashion editorials and portrait photography to eCommerce shoots. The versatility extends with our selection of multiple color paper backdrops, giving you the freedom to craft the perfect aesthetic. Additionally, our studio features an accessible kitchen, not just for convenience but also as a unique backdrop option for podcasts, YouTube content, and more. At The Lab Studio, your creative possibilities are as boundless as your imagination. Facilities: - CYC Wall - 8m wide, 6.5m long, 3.8m high - Dedicated food and beverage area - Rest area - Bathroom - Wide range of backdrop options available - Wide-range of studio equipment for hire Includes : - 4+ C-stands - 4+ Roller stands - Assorted Light stands - Bluetooth speaker - Access to lounge area - Steamer - Clothing rack - Sand bags Full-day (9 hours): A$650 Equipment Hire: Please contact us to add equipment hire option on to your booking. Extras: - Booking hours includes Bump in & Bump out times - Cyclorama repainting (White) $250.00 - Cleaning fee (Studio must be left clean & tidy otherwise this fee will incur) $100.00 - Extra hours are charged at $80/hr.
Studio Policy
Payment Terms: Full payment is required 72 hours before the booking date. Booking Confirmation: Please make request through our booking or contact form, and we will confirm the availability within 24 hours. All bookings must be confirmed in writing, and a deposit is necessary to secure the reservation. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking may incur a fee. Please review our cancellation policy carefully. Purpose of Use: The studio, including the cyclorama wall, is to be used only for the purposes agreed upon during booking. Occupancy Limits: Please adhere to the studio's maximum occupancy limits. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety reasons. Equipment Handling: Handle all studio equipment with care, including lighting and props. Any damage will be charged to the hirer. Noise Control: Keep noise at a reasonable level to ensure respect for other building occupants. Food and Beverages: Eating and drinking are restricted to designated areas. Ensure proper disposal of waste. No Smoking, Alcohol, and Drug Regulations: Smoking is prohibited inside the studio. Alcohol consumption requires prior approval and must comply with local laws. Recreational drug use is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 penalty will be charged for smoking within the premises, in addition to any fines from building management or the fire department. Cleanliness and Tidiness: Renters must leave the studio clean. Kitchenware and cutlery should be washed, and trash taken to the building's disposal area. A $120 cleaning fee may apply if the studio is not left tidy. Cyclorama Wall Usage: General Usage: The cyclorama wall is available for use but must be maintained according to the guidelines. Cleaning: The wall must be left clean. A $200 repainting fee will be charged if left dirty. Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage to the cyclorama wall. Repair fees will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. Prohibited Activities: Avoid using materials that may stain, damage, or scratch the wall. No drilling, hammering, or attaching items directly to the wall. By renting the studio and using the cyclorama wall, you agree to these terms. Safety and Security: Adhere to all studio safety guidelines. The studio is not responsible for lost or left-behind items. End of Booking Compliance: Ensure the studio is vacated on time.
